This plasma drilling machine is designed to integrate as many fabrication functions as possible in one machine. The PCR41 produces finished parts at the lowest manufacturing cost. This machine automates all the cutting operations that are commonly performed, as well as structural steel.

In less than a day for your operator will learn how to use the PCR42 plasma cutter. The interface is very user-friendly and simple to use. If you should ever need assistance, Mac-Tech is ready to assist.

Voortman V807 is a 7-axis robotic thermal profiling cutting machine that can complete every step of the coping process with one pass. It has the ability to reach all sides of the material at exceptional speed and accuracy. This CNC coping machine can process wide flanges and standard beams including H-pile beams and square and rectangular tubes. It can also handle angles and steel channels.

Owning our Robotic Coping and Profiling system is equivalent to an optimized fabrication process that has been automated specifically to bring ease to fabricators and metalwork manufacturers as it can easily work the processes of angle lines, beam drill lines, hydraulic punches, ironworkers, band saws and coping machines respectively. This is simply a way to take your fabrication processes from zero to a hundred!

Highly skilled and experienced fabricators must be able to handle manual setups and layouts. Low-skilled partners could cause costly mistakes and lower quality work that will cost more than working with a CNC operator.

Voortman's V808 robot thermal cutter is now equipped with the more flexible and faster Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping machine. The robot's torch nozzle has a measuring sensor that measures the exact dimensions of the profile. To ensure the best product, the machine parameters compensate any difference between theoretical and actual dimensions. The coping robot is limited to measuring the sides of a profile. This speeds up the process.

FAST PROFILE MEASURINGThe Voortman V808 robot thermal cutting machine is equipped the versatile, fast and accurate Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping robotic. To measure exact profile dimensions, the torch nozzle is equipped with a measuring sensor. To ensure the best possible result, the robot compensates for any difference between the actual measured dimensions and the theoretical dimensions during the cutting process. The coping robot measures only the sides of the profile to save time.

To demonstrate that the VoortmanV808 is the fastest thermal cutting machine on the market, we created a demo product. You can see the VoortmanV808 in action in the video below. Below is a list of 12 actions that can be performed by the same machine.

Voortman V807

The V808 is equipped with an agile, 8-axis cutting robot that’s able to reach and process the full maximum width of profiles within the machine’s range. Due to the fact Voortman has added two extra axes on top of the six axes of the Panasonic robot itself, the machine has a very wide reach and can place itself underneath the raw material. Voortman programs the robot in a way that it always maneuvers in the most stable position, which also improves cutting quality.

Powerful measuring and clamping systemThe Voortman 808 has a roller feed measuring/clamping system. The fully automated measuring roller feeder system is the most efficient positioning system. It does not need a pusher, gripper or to return home before loading next piece. This saves you hours every week. The maximum position weight of the roller feeder system is 15.000kg/33.000 lbs. This makes it more flexible and powerful.

Voortman’s Xtensive Hole Performance optimizes holes and inner contours with high-definition plasma cutting, results in laser-like cutting results. To achieve this standard, Voortman further optimized Hypertherm® True Hole™ specifically for V808 movements. Xtensive Hole Performance is used on small-to-medium slot holes and square inner contours.

The AKD angle punching, shearing & marking line is the perfect solution if your business plan calls for reducing production time.

H Beam Cutting

Mac-Tech carries a number of structural steel cutting machines, robotic plasma cutters, beam drilling, and beam coping machines suitable for businesses in the metal fabrication industry. Some of the structural steel cutting machines, beam coping machines, and CNC beam drilling machines we carry may do much more, as is the case with the PCR41 and PCR42; however, you can rest assured that each of the pieces of structural steel fabrication machinery we have listed here will meet your structural beam coping or drilling needs.

The most versatile application process in most cases is coping and the machine capable of being as close to a “all-in-one” solution as possible is a robotic plasma processor. Rat holes, seismic structural design connections like jay-allan and “dog bone” cuts, copes at the lead or trail end of a product, block outs, holes in any size, weld preparations, marking on all sides – all are possible to process with a plasma unit and a robot.

Frequently Asked Questions

A 10-foot I-beam of steel will cost $60-$180, while a 40 foot beam will cost between $240-$720.

Weiten identified four types of coping strategies. They are: problem-focused (adaptive cognitive), appraisal-focused (adaptive behavioral), emotion focused (emotion-focused) and occupation-focused. Billings and Moos also added avoidance coping to the list of emotion-focused coping.

There are many ways to think about coping strategies. The five most common types are problem-focused, emotion-focused, social support and religious coping.

A coping saw, a type of bow-saw used to cut intricate exterior shapes and interior cuts in woodworking or carpentry, is referred to as a 'combo saw'. It is used for cutting moldings that create mitre or cope joints.

Coping, Latin for "coping", is the covering or capping of a wall. A wedge or splayed coping slopes in one direction. A saddle coping slopes to the opposite side of a central highpoint.
